My background in a university system has given me 10 years of extremely strong research, technical writing, and presentation experience. A major aspect of my work for the last decade has been grounded in reading, understanding, and editing multiple, complex and technical documents under shifting and urgent deadlines. I have eight years of experience in planning, creating, and developing programs, lectures, and presentations that range from technically specific to widely general. In these eight years, I have created, researched, and conducted multiple, and simultaneous long and short term research projects. These research projects are grounded in locating, and accessing resources from various organizations, databases, and archives. I am skilled in making connections with the ways that the various forms of information intersect, and am able to create a single document based on the material. My current work heavily depends on my ability to understand various research points and create presentations, documents, and visuals that communicate complex ideas simply and clearly to various audiences.
I am expertly skilled in communicating complex ideas to various audiences of stakeholders, evaluators, and community members. I have ten years of public speaking experience, and in creating and presenting various complex presentations under very strict deadlines. I am highly proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Photoshop, Word, Excel, and Access. I have a great deal of experience utilizing electronic networking in regards to recruitment, educating and program planning. I am confident in my abilities of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing large groups of people from different educational, cultural, and social backgrounds.
